Cordless Lamps & Charging Systems 2-Year Warranty

Starvox Lighting warrants its cordless lamps against defects in materials and workmanship. Within two years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the LED-PCB compartment if it is found to be defective.

This warranty does not cover parts surrounding the LED-PCB compartment, including metal or plastic parts, lamp accessories, battery packs, or light sources (bulbs).

Starvox Lighting warrants its charging systems against defects in materials and workmanship. Within two years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace any part of the charging system found to be defective. This warranty does not cover the adapter or the female adapter connector inside the charging station.

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not covered. Damage caused by a failure to take reasonable care, negligence, accidents, misuse, or failure to follow Starvox Lighting maintenance and service instructions is also excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Starvox Lighting shall not be liable for claims made outside the warranty period or claims relating to faulty design, negligent or misleading advice, incidental or consequential damage, or injury or damage to any other person, company, or entity. This warranty does not apply in cases of accident, negligence, or misuse, or where equipment has been modified, installed, or repaired contrary to Starvox Lighting user instructions.

Please contact Starvox Lighting to discuss servicing and repair options for your product. Service and repairs within the warranty period are subject to these warranty terms. After the warranty expires, available service and repairs are payable by the customer.

All warranty remedies are limited to the repair or replacement of products and do not include transportation charges.

This warranty does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
